| Don't skimp on skin care as nasty weather chaps and dries
DON'T WANT to spend a lot of time or money on specific new products? Softening your skin could be as easy as changing the temperature of the water you use to wash your face, or varying your morning beauty routine just slightly. We talked to dermatologists and aestheticians, who shared some inexpensive, over-the-counter products and easy-to-follow tips on how to keep skin supple. - Bathe better. Cool down your shower. The hotter water we use in the winter is one of the most powerful culprits behind dry skin, says Stephen Maberry of Fort Worth, Texas, Dermatology Associates, P.A. "If you want to clean an oily frying pan, you put it in hot soapy water. That's what you're doing to your skin" by taking long, steamy showers, he says. Obama and McCain ride momentum; Clinton feels the pressure
If Senator Obama wins the White House, it no longer will be a House for all people. His early messages were strictly in support of Blacks for more afirmative action laws and enhanced civil rights laws in all segments of our society. It is true, he is a powerful speaker and says what some people want to hear, but voters should educate themselves about this man and his previous work, words and actions and not be fooled by his current speeches. Also, I wonder why his son (age l4) is not on the stage with him, his wife and daughters. Could Sidney be in school and not able to leave his classes???? Also, one must consider that the family live in a mansion purchased with the help of Mr. Rezko, a supporter and friend of l5 years. This man's character is not what he wants you to believe. .

Senate Bill 1959 to Criminalize Thoughts, Blogs, Books and Free Speech ...
The end of Free Speech in America has arrived at our doorstep. It's a new law called the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, and it is worded in a clever way that could allow the U.S. government to arrest and incarcerate any individual who speaks out against the Bush Administration, the war on Iraq, the Department of Homeland Security or any government agency (including the FDA). The law has already passed the House on a traitorous vote of 405 to 6, and it is now being considered in the Senate where a vote is imminent. All over the internet, intelligent people who care about freedom are speaking out against this extremely dangerous law: Philip Giraldi at the Huffington Post, Declan McCullagh at CNET's News.com, Kathryn Smith at OpEdNews.com, and of course Alex Jones at PrisonPlanet.com This bill is the beginning of the end of Free Speech in America.
